Treatments may involve a combination of anti-depression medications, therapy and lifestyle changes that include a change in diet and sleeping habits. Exercise is also known to be a good way to battle these severe anxiety symptoms. There are also alternative means to get relief from these symptoms like acupuncture, hypnotherapy, meditation and herbal remedies that may offer the victims the kind of help they need.
